These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with helm. ("we", "us"). By commissioning a project with us, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of services
helm. provides custom digital project services, including website design and development, custom CRM and dashboard development, full digital ecosystems, and MVP / digital product development. Each engagement is scoped individually.
Payment terms
Projects are billed on a project basis with milestone payments. A deposit is required before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. helm. retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
No guarantee of business results
We build robust digital systems, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, leads, or conversions. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, helm.'s liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
